Step-by-Step Culinary Method
Date & Tahini Puree
Pulse pitted dates, sesame tahini, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a high-speed food processor for 90 seconds until a glossy, pliable dough forms.
Incorporate Raw Cacao
Add raw cacao powder and fleur de sel. Pulse until thoroughly combined into a dark truffle paste.
Portion & Shape
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls and roll between palms into smooth spheres.
Roll in Coatings
Roll half in toasted sesame seeds and half in dark cacao powder. Chill for 15 minutes to set.
